The staff!! They are so much nicer here than the ladt hotel up the road. The staff’s warmth, kindness & vibe makes this place a better option than others. The maids are lovely.

Didn't get to stay there, they would not take my AMEX gift card as paym nt for the room.Staff was rude as per usual, really unpleasant whenever I have dealings with this particular Red Roof
